Place the salmon on a lined baking pan.
In a bowl, mix all desired toppings, spices, and sweeteners until well combined.
Evenly apply the spicy topping mixture over the salmon fillet, making sure it’s fully coated.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the salmon for around 20 minutes, or until the edges of the topping start to crisp and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
